Great Acoustics come to Canada

MONTREAL, QC, December 19, 2007 - SF Marketing Inc. is pleased to announce that it has received Canadian exclusivity for the distribution of MyTheater Acoustic Panels complete line of products. Developed by United Plastics Corporation, MyTheater Acoustic panels offer home theater and project recording studio enthusiasts improved room acoustics at an affordable price. MyTheater Acoustic Panels enhance intelligibility and reduce the negative acoustical artifacts resulting from the reflection of sound off hard surfaces. Produced in two sizes and a variety of colours, these panels are easily installed on any wall and will enhance the visual appearance of each room. With multiple panel packages starting at $150, MyTheater Acoustic Panels are the solution for any space requiring optimal sound quality

“We are very excited to have the opportunity to provide Canada with acoustic solutions at such an affordable price says Elie Bellama, Product Manager for MyTheater at SF Marketing Inc. ;MyTheater Acoustic panels are the missing-link in the current consumer and pro audio markets. Easy to install and use, this line of products is perfectly suited for any home theater, conference room, project recording and post-production studio or editing suite.

Developed by United Plastics Corporation, the leader in automotive and infrastructure material design for the past 60 years, the MyTheater line of products is one of their newest and most anticipated recent creations. Filled with acoustically absorbent polyester fiber and with an overall thickness of 25mm, MyTheater offers better absorption and greatly reduces sound reflection problems (e.g., flutter echo) that occur due to hard parallel surfaces such as walls, ceilings and floors. They break up the continuity of these generally flat surfaces, absorb the interfering tones and thus improve the listening experience.

With MyTheater, improved acoustics can be achieved in as much time as it takes to hang a picture on the wall. MyTheater Acoustic Panels greatly reduce the negative effects of poor room acoustics and enhance the musical or film experience as they were meant to be enjoyed.

SF Marketing Inc. is a leading Canadian marketing and distribution company dedicated to delivering products, services and support to the professional sound, lighting, musical instruments, consumer electronics and custom integration markets.
