Job Statement: The Creative Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the creative development, execution, maintenance and follow-up of numerous marketing initiatives including: event planning, print and online advertising, product promotions, product launches, pricelist creation and other special projects as assigned.
Summary of Primary Responsibilities: The Creative Marketing Project Manager works closely with the Product Managers, Sales Representatives, Marketing Manager and Vice-President of Marketing to ensure successful, on-time and on-budget delivery of all marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify new marketing opportunities;
• Assist in building the business case for each opportunity including budget, timeline, follow-up requirements and ROI;
• Assist in the marketing management and branding of all product lines;
• Assist in the planning, organization and execution of promotional programs and events;
• Assist the Product Managers in the development of brand marketing strategy as it relates to product, price, promotion, place and positioning within the Canadian market.
Main Duties & Responsibilities: Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations (80% of time)
Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, develop, plan, execute and follow up on:
• Print, online and word-of-mouth marketing campaigns that generate increased sales and market share.
• The production of print and online marketing materials such as presentations, price lists, project fact sheets, brochures, website, etc.
• Events such as tradeshows, conferences, product demonstrations and other specials events. Occasional travel is required.
• Budgets and timelines.
• Advertising campaigns
• Marketing programs, incentive programs
• Press releases and other communication material
• Pricelists for each brand
• Development of tailored solutions for customers (assist sales team).
Job Requirements
• University Degree required, Marketing preferred. MBA an asset.
• 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in music, event production, entertainment industries an asset.
• Track record of success in managing multiple complex projects at the same time.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Cognos an asset.
• Exceptional creative skills. Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent French and English language skills (verbal & written)
• Outstanding business writing skills
• Detail oriented
• Team player
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Description: The Draftsperson will work closely with our Technical Sales Department and with our Manufacturing department. Using CAD, WYSIWYG and EASE software systems the Draftsman plays a critical role in assisting with the sales within our installed sound and lighting markets. The ideal candidate is hard working and detail oriented.
Professional Experience: The candidate has audio visual integration industry experience and may also have lighting, theatrical, security or Custom Install experience.
Required Knowledge:
· Conversion of hard copy blueprints to DWG · Understanding of CAD as it applies to Commercial and residential Architecture
· Experience with most recent Auto CAD versions
· Expertise with most recent versions of WYSIWYG and EASE
· Presentation of elevations and sightlines
· Creation of CAD drawings for Specification Sheets
· 3D Rendering an asset
· Knowledge of both English and French is an asset

Job Description: Reporting to the supervisor, the Product Specialist’s principal mandate will be to offer technical and logistical support to our external and internal clients and representatives. Within the candidate’s function, he/she will be called upon to organize highly specialized product demonstrations, technical presentations and informative seminars for our professional clientele.
Professional Experience: The candidate should have many years of experience working within the audio field: stage sound, sound recording, acoustics, calibration, etc. Ideally, the candidate will have worked extensively as a sound technician or a sound engineer. He/she has completely mastered all technical aspects related to the use of various audio components, such as microphones, processors, amplifiers, speakers, etc.
Required Knowledge: Ideally, the candidate has completed a college diploma in Electronics (DEC) and possesses vast acoustical knowledge. Familiarity of Ease and CAD simulation software is considered an important asset. Additionally, a strong comprehension of numeric technology and networking is essential.
Required Qualifications: The candidate should be perfectly bilingual and be at ease when expressing himself/herself before an auditorium. He/she is a good listener and enjoys working within a group. Ownership of a Canadian passport is a necessity, as the candidate will be required to travel for absences generally ranging from 2 to 7 days.
