Shure WCB6B, WCB6T, WCE6B and WCE6T return/repair procedures.
These models are manufactured, warranted, and serviced exclusively by Countryman Associates Inc. and are warranted against defects in materials and construction for: ONE YEAR, EXCLUDING NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, ABUSE, OR DAMAGE.
For DOA units (first day of use only), that were purchased from SF Marketing Inc., please contact Yannick Lapointe at Yannick.Lapointe@sfm.ca to obtain a credit/replacement RA#. The microphone will be inspected upon receipt, and if it has defects in materials and construction, SF will replace it immediately. For DOA (excluding normal wear and tear, abuse, or damage caused by failing to follow the user manual instructions), SF Marketing will cover bothways of shipping.
For all other WCB6B, WCB6T, WCE6B and WCE6T repairs, there are two choices:
- Contact Pascal Istasse at Pascal.Istasse@sfm.ca to obtain a Service RA# and then return to SF. SF in turn will send it to Countryman, or
- Send your microphone directly to Countryman. For the moment, no RA# is required.

Any WCB6B, WCB6T, WCE6B and WCE6T (other then DOA) should be sent Prepaid to SF Marketing Inc. or Countryman Associates Inc., and if the problem is considered a defect in material and construction, SF or Countryman will cover the freight costs when reshipping the microphone back to the client.
For any defective WCB6B, WCB6T, WCE6B or WCE6T returned, if the defect was caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, or damage caused by failing to follow the user manual instructions, the customer will have to pay both ways of freight. An estimate will then be provided for the repair or replacement of the microphone.
Countryman lead-time is around 3 weeks but for urgent repairs, please note it on the box and inside the box, and they will treat these returns with a higher priority (24-48hours).
